£80*- INCLUDES INSURED P&P PICKUP AND RETURN (UK WIDE), please note that you must pack the laptop properly, as to not cause damage during transit. We accept all major credit and debit cards, cheque or cash. The easiest way to proceed is to click the online payment button on the left, enter your name, the service and the price, pay, then use the contact us button to give us the best day to arrange for the courier to pickup.

* Some laptops, such as certain sony vaio’s may require an additional £10 for parts.

We charge £25 per hour, but most tasks are completed within an hour. If we believe it’s going to take over an hour we will tell you that and you can cancel the repair, and you won’t need to pay anything.

Support Contracts Available.

Full Day Bookings are available at a Rate of £250 per day.

For More specialized work such as VPN setups, we will provide a quote on prices first, as we may require off site design/preperation to be considered.

Our Rates are very competitive, and although it may be possible to find lower
prices if you look hard enough – you can have peace of mind that we are fully
insured for any damage cause by our technicians (unlikely to occur), and we are
always here to rectify anything that hasn't been completed to your 100%
satisfaction. We want your repeat business and recomendations.

The rates bellow are subject to change, and it is always best to contact us
for an up to date pricing. They are a guide. On some occasions parts may be
difficult to source and maybe more expensive.

* note for some virus infections we may require a full windows installation
in order to guarantee it is virus free.

** other size hard drives available.

note: If you have multiple PCs, they will be charged as separate items or per
hour @ £40/hour, whichever is the lowest. i.e. if we fix 5 PCs in 1 hour, you
only get charged £40.

note: Although it is unlikely to happen, we cannot be held responsible for
loss of data due to hardware failure, you should always remember to backup your
data, as hard drive failures could happen at any time.

Areas NOT within Preston, Lytham, St Anne's, Garstang, Leyland and Houghton
will incur a small travel charge, please contact for details.

We give discounts to regular customers, and OAP and Students at the descretion of the technician.

Remote Support is available at £25 per hour or per completition of task. Can pay with credit card, Paypal or cheque after we complete the task. This will be reduced to £20 for regular customers.
