Business Rates:

Business Rates are £40 per hour. For businesses outside of our covered area we add a travel expense charge of £30 per hour. We support businesses in most of the Lancashire Area.

Full Day Bookings are available at a Rate of £250 per day. 

For More specialized work such as VPN setups, we will provide a quote on prices first, as we may require off site design/preperation to be considered.

Cover Options

Preston PC Repair provides support plans, purchased in hourly blocks. These are for regular clients so they can SAVE MONEY. We understand that new customers may want to try us first, that's fine, please do ,as we know for sure that you will use us again if you have any other computing needs.

Remote & Telephone Cover: This service allows you to have a remote technician at hand to answer your queries or show you how to do something remotely by seeing your screen and controlling your mouse pointer from our offices. Save Money by buying time in bulk, get same day support, support normally available within 2 hours of calling, sometimes right away. Of course not all problems are fixable remotely, if we cannot fix your problem remotely we will not include that instance on your hours remaining. This cover package is in 30minute incriments. If you call or remote support is for 15minutes we will deduct 30minutes off your time, 45minutes we will deduct 1 hour. If you call to ask a quick question which takes a minute, this will be FREE while you have hours remaining. This package is included as part of the Callout Cover Package. We will provide a land line number for telephone support at your costs. If the technician is mobile we will call you back if you wish. Telephone and Remote Support both count as hours used.

Remote IT Support - This is available UK Wide:

Our Callout package includes Remote Support and Telephone Support, as well as on site visits. This service is for regular clients who would like to reduce costs by purchasing in bulk. 1 Hours Remote and Telephone support in this package will count as 3/4 of the hours reducted. Example: If we provide 1 hour of phone/remote support, this will count as 3/4 of an hour off your total hours. Some companies may not allow remote support if behind a corporate firewall. We can get around it, but this may break your companies rules. Small quick questions via telephone e.g. less than a couple of minutes are FREE while you have hours remaining. For Visits outside of the Preston Area, a callout charge of £30 per hour travel time is added on top.If you pay for this service, you may still use our Full Day Booking price of £250 and this will not affect your hours remaining.
