Residential Rates:

Most Callouts are completed within the 1st hour which will cost you £35. Bigger Jobs may take longer as we may have to pickup and return your pc, these Jobs are charged a maximum of £70 (if 1 PC). If we believe the job is going to be longer than an hour we will let you know and you can decide whether you want to do it or not, and we will not charge anything at all (far distance places may be required to pay a small call out fee).

Preston/Lytham/Warton/Kirkham/Frekleton/Lytham St Annes/Leyland/Chorley : 1 Hour = £35 ALL IN, No hidden charges, no call out charge, and no fix no fee. Maximum charge is £70 (exclusive of Parts if required, hardware faults are rare)

Blackpool/Thornton/Cleveleys/Blackburn/Southport/Lancaster: as Preston, +£10 Call Out Charge

Manchester / Liverpool / Morcombe / Wigan : +£25 Call Out Charge

After the 1st hour, you will be charged per 30mins, so a 1.5 hour home job wil be £35 + £17.50.  2 or more hours = £70 regardless of time spent unless you have multiple PCs that require major work. Any Jobs that would normally take over 2 hours to fix will be taken away with us and returned next day (when possible) if that is agreed upon.

Other Areas : Rural Areas close to Preston may require a £5 call out fee. For long distance callouts, the callout charge will be based on travel time at £35 per hour.

We give discounts to regular customers, and OAP and Students at the descretion of the technician.

Remote Support is available at £25 per hour or per completition of task. Can pay with Paypal or cheque after we complete the task. This will be reduced to £20 for regular customers.
